Noble Horizon did not begin in Riyadh. It began more than a decade earlier in Doha, with a conviction shared between two visionaries — Sheikh Faisal Al‑Thani and Abdulrahman Totonji — that the most enduring businesses are not built for the next quarter, but for the next generation.
In 2014, that conviction took form as SHIFT: a group built on a single, defining principle they called Sustainable Growth Management. While most companies measured progress in revenue, SHIFT measured it in resilience and in the quality of partnerships forged, the cultures cultivated, and the foundations laid for what would come next. From its earliest days, SHIFT grew not by chasing trends, but by building businesses meant to last.
